当院は時間帯予約制を導入いたしました。（30分の間になるべくお呼びできるシステムです）
（例）9時に予約の方は9時にお越しください。9時～9時30分までの間にお呼び出来るようにいたします。
ご予約の無い方は長めの待ち時間が発生しますことをご了承ください。
→時間帯予約制の調整時間にお呼びいたします。
（例）9時に来院→10時00分にお呼び出しなど（調整時間は日により異なります）
17時以降はご予約がない場合、予約外料金を頂戴しております。
初診の方はお時間がかかります。午前はなるべく11:00まで、午後は17:00までに来院ください。
土曜日午後の診察は、完全予約制なのと、代診の獣医師による診察となります。ご承知ください。
ご予約の際は、診察券に記載のオーナー様のお名前（カルテを登録したお名前）、もしくはＮｏ．をご記載ください。また、ご予約事項を詳しく記載いただきますと問診もスムーズです。
Our clinic has introduced a time-slot reservation system (we aim to call you within a 30-minute window).
Example: If you have a reservation at 9:00, please arrive at 9:00. We will call you between 9:00 and 9:30.
Please note that walk-in patients may experience longer wait times.
→ Walk-in patients will be called during the adjustment time of the reservation system.
Example: Arriving at 9:00 → Called at 10:00 (adjustment time varies by day).
After 17:00, an additional fee will be charged for patients without a reservation.
First-time patients may require extra time. Please visit by 11:00 in the morning and by 17:00 in the afternoon.
Saturday afternoon consultations are by appointment only and will be handled by a substitute veterinarian.
When making a reservation, please provide the owner's name (registered name on the medical record) or the patient number as stated on the consultation card. Additionally, providing detailed information about your visit will help streamline the consultation process.
